Initiation of the sunset review of the anti-dumping duty applied by Camex Resolution No.45/dumping to steel ropes of high mechanical resistance, with 3 or 7 wires of low relaxation, commonly classified as in the NCM as 7312.10.90, originating in China, subject to SEI/ME Processes No. 19972.100362/2022-54 restricted and 19972.100361/2022-18 confidential. Following the provisions of § 2 of art 112 of Decree No. 8.058/2013, the antidumping measures referred to in Camex Resolution No. 45/2017 will remain in force during this review.
