The resolution 378 establishes the digital service of information on Brazilian foreign trade, on the Single Foreign Trade Portal of the Integrated Foreign Trade System - Siscomex.

An information center should be made available to respond to questions raised by governments stakeholders in foreign trade operations and other interested parties.

The service will comprise:

• Procedures manuals for importa, export and customs transit;
• Opening hours of public administration bodies and entities in the different places where they operate;
• Required forms and documents, inclusding digital media;
• Taxes levied on foreign trade, and trade defense measures in force applied on or in connection with imports, exports and transit;
• Restrictions or prohibitions on imports, exports and customs transit;
• Provisions on penalties in case of non-compliance with formalities;
• Procedures relating to the administration of tariff quotas; and
• Simplified import, export and customs transit procedures.

An information center should also be made available to respond to questions raised by governments, stakeholders in foreign trade operations and other interested parties.

The bodies and entities of the Federal Public Administration with legal attributions related to foreign trade will integrate the information center to meet demands related to their competences.
