CIRCULAR NO. 48 OF OCTOBER 17, 2022

It was initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty adopted by Camex Resolution No. 82/2017, applied to the Brazilian imports of citric acid and certain citric acid salts, commonly classified in sub-items NCM 2918.14.00 and 2918.15.00, originating in China. In accordance with the provisions of § 2 of art. 112 of Decree No. 8,058/2013, the antidumping measures referred to in Camex Resolution No. 82/2017 will remain in force during the course of this sunset review.
