On August 24th, the Brazilian government initiated a proceeding to evaluate the reapplication of the anti-dumping duty on the imports of PET Film, with thicknesses between
5 and 50 microns (NCM 3920.62.19, 3920.62.91 e3920.62.99) from Egypt.

Pursuant to the GECEX Resolution N. 203, of May 20th, 2021, the duty was applied and immediately suspended due to the existence of doubts on the future evolution of the imports from Egypt.

The period for the analysis of the resumption of import volume of the risk of resumption of the injury is October 2019 to June 2023.
