{"id":2994,"date":"2022-07-25T17:16:16","date_gmt":"2022-07-25T20:16:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bfsalaw.com.br\/?p=415"},"modified":"2026-01-12T18:48:11","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T18:48:11","slug":"gecex-resolution-no-378-establishes-digital-service-of-information-on-brazilian-foreign-trade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bfsalaw.com.br\/en\/gecex-resolution-no-378-establishes-digital-service-of-information-on-brazilian-foreign-trade\/","title":{"rendered":"GECEX Resolution No. 378 &#8211; Establishes digital service of information on Brazilian foreign trade"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The resolution 378 establishes the digital service of information on Brazilian foreign trade, on the Single Foreign Trade Portal of the Integrated Foreign Trade System &#8211; Siscomex.<\/p>\n<p>An information center should be made available to respond to questions raised by governments stakeholders in foreign trade operations and other interested parties.<\/p>\n<p>The service will comprise:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Procedures manuals for importa, export and customs transit;<\/li>\n<li>Opening hours of public administration bodies and entities in the different places where they operate;<\/li>\n<li>Required forms and documents, inclusding digital media;<\/li>\n<li>Taxes levied on foreign trade, and trade defense measures in force applied on or in connection with imports, exports and transit;<\/li>\n<li>Restrictions or prohibitions on imports, exports and customs transit;<\/li>\n<li>Provisions on penalties in case of non-compliance with formalities;<\/li>\n<li>Procedures relating to the administration of tariff quotas; and<\/li>\n<li>Simplified import, export and customs transit procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An information center should also be made available to respond to questions raised by governments, stakeholders in foreign trade operations and other interested parties.<\/p>\n<p>The bodies and entities of the Federal Public Administration with legal attributions related to foreign trade will integrate the information center to meet demands related to their competences.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The resolution 378 establishes the digital service of information on Brazilian foreign trade, on the Single Foreign Trade Portal of the Integrated Foreign Trade System &#8211; Siscomex.
